How far in advance of an event should I get started?

We know you are very busy, so we encourage you to do what best fits your personal schedule and deadlines! We offer accounts in 6, 12, 18 and 24 month durations, with longer terms also available...so you are free to pick what suits your needs and timeframes.

Just remember to give yourself enough time that you may include your web address on any stationery you want to mention your website on: announcements, save-the-date cards and invitations.

Will you advertise on my website?

Not a chance! It would not be fair to them (or to you!) to do so. When your guests visit your personal website, they will see only the content you have included.

Can you accommodate any special requests?

If you have a specific requirement or special request that you do not see mentioned on our website, please feel free to contact us. We'll do our best to see what we can do to meet your needs.

How can I obtain an offline version of my website as a keepsake?

How can I find a friend's website?

Please visit the LifeQuarters Home page where you will see a "Search" section on the left hand side. So our system can begin a search to locate your friend's personal website, just enter the name of the website creator and press "Go".

Please Note: To protect the privacy of our valued customers, we require an EXACT match to bring up search results.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure online payment processor on our website.

If you do not own or have access to a credit card, or if you are just not comfortable using your credit card online, please contact us for details on our debit payment* and money order** options.

*some international locations unavailable for debit payment options
**money orders are subject to a $5.00 USD ($6.50 CAD for Canadian customers) administration and processing fee

Is your online credit card payment method secure?

Yes, your security is of upmost importance to us! For this reason, our company has chosen to implement and maintain security measures that either meet or exceed industry standards.

When accepting and processing credit card information, we use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption so your information cannot be viewed in transit. Once a transaction is complete, your credit card information is no longer present on our servers.

To ensure optimal security, we exclusively process payments with the most reputable third party processor available.

Can I purchase my website on a credit card that is not under my name?

With the cardholder's permission, yes, you definitely can! Many family members or friends choose to make the purchase as a gift, and this is certainly acceptable.

Can I make a purchase if I do not live in the US or Canada?

Absolutely! We are pleased to provide our personal website services around the world. We currently have customers from more than 70 countries, and we would be thrilled to be involved with your website!

Please Note: With the exception of Canadian customers, all billing will take place in US currency, regardless of your country of residence.

Can I purchase and co-own a website with another party?

No, we only permit one party per account.

Do you offer a monthly payment plan?

No, our shortest payment option is 6 months of service for $20. Since we offer the lowest prices, the cost of a 6 month duration with LifeQuarters is most likely around the price you'd pay for only 1-2 months of service with anyone else.

Are your services free for my guests?

Yes, our services are completely free for your guests!

What does the term "LifeQuarters Hub" mean?

Included with your LifeQuarters account is a private administrative center called your "LifeQuarters Hub". Protected by a user name and password of your choice, your LifeQuarters Hub is the secure area where you go to set up your personal website, view all RSVPs and more. You'll enjoy unlimited 24/7 access, anytime updates and full customization options...all in one convenient place!

Do I need to have certain settings enabled to access my LifeQuarters Hub?

To ensure a controlled, secure environment and to aid in customer support, cookies and sessions must be enabled in order to sign in to your LifeQuarters Hub. You will also need to have Javascript enabled and Flash installed on your browser to be able to take advantage of all of your Hub features.

Can I allow a friend or family member to have access to my LifeQuarters Hub?

Yes, you definitely can! Many of our customers choose to allow a trusted individual or two to have access to their LifeQuarters Hub. If you would prefer to do this, you are more than welcome to.

Remember: To maintain the privacy and security you deserve, please use your discretion and limit the number of people with whom you share your user name and password with.

Will you protect my privacy?

Yes, we are firmly commited to your privacy! Earning and keeping your trust is important to us. Under no circumstances do we sell, share, rent, distribute or otherwise disclose your personal or contact information to any third parties. Your information is safe within our company.

Will you protect the privacy of my guests?

Absolutely! When your guests RSVP online on your personal website, they are given the opportunity to enter personal information, such as a phone number, home address and email address. This is solely for your convenience, that you may obtain accurate, up-to-date information for your own records, which may also be of help to you when sending out your thank you cards!

Under no circumstances do we sell, share, rent or distribute the personal information we collect from your guests, nor do we solicit them in any way.

Will you initiate contact with my guests?

We will intiate contact with guests only once, and as outlined below:

When your guests RSVP online through your personal website, they are given the opportunity to enter personal information, including an email address. For the benefit of your guests who choose to enter their email address at the time of their RSVP (this is an optional answer field), we send a standard, one-time "RSVP Confirmation" email notice.

We have found that guests appreciate confirmation that their RSVP has been successfully delivered into your account! This is the one and only time we initiate contact with them.

Please Note: This is an automatic function performed by our system for the convenience of your guests. It may not be disabled, and will be sent to every guest who submits their email address when they RSVP online through your personal website.
